Cancellation Policy

Only students with memberships receive complimentary 1 on 1 sessions. They are allotted 5 guaranteed private sessions per month Those who do not have memberships do not have the option to book preferred 1 on 1 tutoring, and there is a disclaimer that they may possibly have up to (4) others student in their session. After the initial program term, members can cancel anytime with no cancellation fee. Members can renew a different program term unless and until membership is cancelled. Please cancel in writing before the start of the month. Members of the mentorship program can freeze the mentorship with credit applied for up to one week, and the monthly rate will be adjusted. Please contact me in the event of a vacation or any reason to freeze. You may terminate this agreement at any time, for any reason, and the monthly rate will be adjusted to the appropriate term rate based on the number of sessions completed. If you need to terminate this agreement, please do so in writing 15 days before the next billing cycle. Lack of attendance does not constitute termination. Authorized charges to the debit card, credit card, or electronic check on file will not be refunded. THERE IS A $25 CHARGE FOR EVERY ADDITIONAL 30 MINUTES THE SESSION IS EXTENDED. THIS INCLUDES EXTENSIONS FOR THE PURPOSE OF LATE ARRIVAL FOR PICK UP.
